DELIVERY

Do you deliver?

Yes we do. Please check with your account manager what your delivery fee will be. It is calculated on the distance and volume to the final destination.

Is delivery included?

No. This is a cost that is calculated according to the distance and volume to the final destination.

Is there a standard delivery charge?

No. Please check with your account manager to provide an accurate quote.

Do you deliver overseas?

We can arrange international delivery on your behalf. Please ask your account manager to provide you with an accurate quotation.

Can we arrange collections of our goods?

Yes. We are more than happy for you to arrange collection from our workshop.

Can you store my goods if I’m ready to take delivery?

We can arrange to keep your goods for 14 days after the delivery date. Longer than that we can deliver to an alternative address subject to location or we will charge an additional storage fee per week.

Do you remove packaging?

Yes. Our delivery team will unpack your items and remove all packaging if required, all packaging will be responsibly disposed of or reused. If you require the goods to be left on site wrapped we will require a signature prior to leaving the goods and cannot be liable for any damage that occurs post delivery.

FABRICS AND FINISHES

Can I choose my cushion filling?

Yes we are able to advise you on the correct cushion inners for your desired comfort level and aesthetic.

Can I supply my own fabric?

All our upholstered furniture is priced based on COM. We are more than happy for you to supply your own fabric but please make sure it meets required regulations and requirements for use. If unsure please ask your account manager to assist you through this process. We can also assist in sourcing fabrics on your behalf should you require.

Can we choose the wood finish and metal?

We have a standard range of wood and metal finishes which you can choose from. Your account manager can arrange a sample to be sent to you if required. We also offer bespoke sample matching at an additional charge.

Do I have to confirm fabric choice on order?

It is not essential but the sooner you choose your fabric the sooner we can get your new upholstery piece delivered to you.

What are the cushion inners?

Our standard cushion fillings are foam cores with a feather wrap for ease of maintenance and comfort. We also offer a hypoallergenic fibre fill option.

How do I clean my fabric?

All fabrics require different attention depending on the composition and the specific stain you want to treat. We would suggest that you only have your upholstery professionally cleaned to avoid damaging the fabric. For more information please consult with your account manager.

ACCESS

Do you have an access check service?

Yes. If you are concerned about the delivery of your items we will send someone from our installation team to come out and check the access which may be at an additional charge.

What if I have difficult access?

On placement of your order we may be able to adjust your furniture accordingly, either with bolt on arms and backs, removable legs or for the item to be made in pieces, an additional charge may be applicable for this depending on the item. If you are concerned about access we would recommend booking an access check prior to manufacture.

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

Is there a guarantee on my furniture?

We offer a 10 year guarantee on the frame and 2 year guarantee on stitching. Please note we cannot be liable for any general wear and tear.

Do you offer a price promise?

If you obtain a more competitive quote, we will aim to beat this, providing a quote the same day. As the manufacturer, we are able to pass the direct savings to our clients.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

A 50% deposit is payable at the point of order. The remaining 50% is payable a week before delivery. This can be done via BACS, details of which can be found on your relevant quotation or invoice.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our furniture is made to order and is done so specifically for you. Once furniture is ordered it may not be cancelled, if you do so we shall retain the deposit as a restocking fee.
